WNBA star player Candace Parker and NBA player Shelden Williams, had a healthy baby girl on May 13, 2009, at 11:29am in Los Angeles, California. It is the first child for the LA Sparks MVP and her husband. 

Their daughter weighed in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and 20 inches in length. Parker will rejoin the Sparks after receiving clearance from her physician. She commented that they "feel blessed to become parents."

Congrats to the newlyweds and new parents on their baby joy! Can't wait to see you back on the courts Candace!

Fox News Commentator Glenn Beck, appeared on the day time talk show 'The View'. Beck tripped over his words while admitting that he doesn't research the information he shares with his daily listeners; purposely misinforming them. 

Elisabeth Hasselbeck a co-host on 'The View' and buddy of Glenn Beck, remained amazingly quiet while her fellow co-hosts thrashed him. I guess Elisabeth had nothing to back him up with?

Singer and actress Jennifer Hudson has some joyous news; she's pregnant! 

Two sources close to the singer confirmed to Essence magazine, that Hudson is indeed expecting her first child. The Grammy/Oscar winner is engaged to Harvard law graduate David Otunga, who appeared on the reality show "I Love New York 2." 

The former American Idol contestant's rise to fame happened in warp speed; as fast as the death of her loved ones last October when her mother, brother, and nephew, were murdered in Hudson's hometown of Chicago by her estranged brother-in-law William Balfour, who was later arrested and charged with the three murders.

The singers upcoming birth will surely remove some of the sadness currently occupying her heart, due to the loss of her family members.

Congrats J Hud.

A new film titled 'Observe and Report' has been under fire regarding a date rape scene, in which Seth Rogens' character has sex with an unconscious female after heavy drug and alcohol use. 

In the film, after the character took notice of his seemingly unconscious girlfriend played by actress Anna Faris, Faris' character mumbles the words "why are you stopping motherf*****?"  

The comment seemed to suggest the so-called "date rape" scene was consensual? 

And even if it was consensual the scene was still pretty mortifying.

Khloe Kardashian decided to use her nakedness for a good cause, baring all for PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) advertisement. 

In season 3 of KUWTK, Khloe's stepfather Bruce Jenner, told her to lose a couple pounds before the photo shoot.

This made Khloe even more hesitant to show her birthday suit for the animal rights organization, but she participated anyway for the good cause.

Yay Khloe! You did a great a thing and looked good doing it!

American Idol host Simon Cowell, turned down a dinner invite from President Obama! 

On 'The Tonight Show' with Jay Leno, Simon made it clear that he was annoyed by President Obama's name drop on the show last week when he commented, "I do think Washington...it's a little bit like American Idol, except everybody is like Simon Cowell."

Cowell responded to the president's joke stating, "I think what he was trying to say was Washington has become more intelligent."  

The English mogul than admitted Obama invited him to dinner but he was to busy and declined, "He wanted to do eight o'clock, I was free at nine. We just didn't quite connect. But I said, anytime I'm in Washington," Cowell sarcastically joked. 

Cowell also told 'Extra' media outlet backstage that Obama's use of his name meant, "Washington has become more truthful, more honest, more sincere...more intelligent." 

Is someone a bit salty? Obama's name drop of Cowell,
simply meant that Republicans in Congress are just as difficult as Simon is on his hit show American Idol. Why did the British producer take the joke so seriously when his reputation is based on him being difficult? It isn't a secret.

STOP THE PRESS! 

How do you turn down dinner with the president due to an hour difference? Although Simon is on a hit show in America, resides and does business within America, I guess since he's from across the ocean maybe he doesn't consider Obama to be his president? Could this be why it was so easy for him to turn down Obama's invite?

BrEaKiNg NeWs: AnNa NiCoLe SmItH's bOyFrIeNd ChArGeD wItH hEr DeAtH

Allegedly, California Attorney General Jerry Brown stated that Anna Nicole Smith's boyfriend Howard K. Stern, was the principal enabler of a conspiracy to provide her with thousands of prescription pills. Stern and two doctors were charged with supplying prescribed pills to Smith, before her fatal overdose took place.

When asked about possible motives AG Brown stated, "There's a certain psychic gain here, part of the glitz the celebrity and the power." Brown added, "There's a lot of money floating around."  

Howard K. Stern and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, surrendered themselves but were released late Thursday night. Their attorneys haven't commented anything further at this time. 

Dr. Khristine Eroshevich was expected to surrender herself on Monday, for her part in writing prescriptions using fictitious names -- but prescribed for Anna Nicole Smith.

Was Howard Stern a true friend to Anna?

I thought it to be weird when they became a serious couple, because Anna dated men that looked the complete opposite of Stern, and during Anna's reality show days -- at times it did seem as though he was around for his benefit? Smith was a serious drug abuser which made it easy for people to manipulate her. 
  
Didn't Anna take the pills on her own?

Anna may have personally taken the pills but it was given to her by a "trusted doctor" and her new lover Howard; people in her life that she should've been able to trust. 

Anna's son Daniel died 5 months before his mother, due to a drug overdose of pills but his death still remains a mystery. And now Anna's little baby girl Dannielyn, has to grow up without her mother -- very sad indeed.

Allegedly, singer Chris Brown was charged with 2 counts of  felony assault for the brutal beating of singer Robyn "Rihanna" Fenty. Brown could receive maximum jail time of up to 7 years for the assault.

It was rumored that the young couple met up in Miami at rapper P. Diddy's mansion, to try and reconcile their differences. However, the police report Rihanna gave was revealing and exposed the truth, which in turn resulted in Brown suffering more consequences.

Did all this really happen over a text message? 

Allegedly, Chris received a text from a girl "friend" and Rihanna saw it which started an argument, and it appears Brown fiercely retaliated due to guilt. It was said that he choked Rihanna, put her in a headlock, bit her fingers, tried throwing her out the car while it was moving, smashed her head against the car window and punched her repeatedly in her eyes and mouth -- splitting her lip and causing her to bleed. And when Rihanna calls the police fearing for her life Brown tells her, "That was the stupidest thing you ever did, now I'm gonna kill you." 

Are you kidding me?

CB seems to have deep rooted issues that he needs to work on; love can be blind but it isn't healthy to stick around, and see if it makes you physically blind.
