TigEr WoOdS' aPoLoGy To ThE puBLiC

Infamous golf player Tiger Woods, made a public apology to the world last Friday regarding his infidelities. Woods' public plea dominated local networks, bringing all daytime talk shows to a halt as if the president himself were speaking.

The apology was strategic and served as a way for Woods to redeem himself, while being forgiven for the content of his character. Tiger's speech addressed his fans, endorsers, his wife, children, close friends and family, where he admitted to being sorry, confessed that his wife didn't attack him as rumors suggested, he rejected the notion that he ever used steroids, admitted that he lost his religion so he'll be turning back to Buddhism, and of course he will continue to play golf.

Do you think Tiger should have made a public apology?

His behavior within his marriage has nothing to do with the American people; sure it makes for great gossip, sells many magazines, and keep the paparazzi paid but this is somebody's life. Whatever happened to letting people grieve in private?

Tiger's wife decided not to show up to his public apology, but seriously can you blame her?

EliN iS sTaYiNg WiTh TiGeR: GeNuInE or InGeNuInE?

It's been reported that Elin Nordegren Woods (above-l), wife of famous golfer Tiger Woods (above-r), is allegedly giving her marriage another try. Often we see wives stand by their men when dealing with infidelity in the marriage, and people always try to speculate what keeps the women around.

True love? For the sake of the children? Or is it something bigger?

In Elin's case her husband Tiger, was caught cheating with sixteen different women and one in particular, who had been in the Woods' home on more than one occasion! Elin heard of her husband's infidelity through the public instead of in private; how embarrassing.

And Afterwards Elin did what any woman would do when hearing about her husband's cheating ways; she beat his ass! Then, she went full speed ahead towards divorce court but than called it all off.

Why?

Personally, I think Elin may have a surprise up her sleeve because how do you go from being enraged, to being happy and settling differences all within a month? Tiger even gifted Elin with her own yacht, and it seems Elin is perfectly happy making Tiger feel bad for what he's done, rather than let him off the hook so easy with divorce. By the time Elin decides to divorce Tiger, she would have him first buy her a heap of things worth millions of dollars. I hope he isn't stupid enough to do what he did a second time because if he does, she's taking everything he has -- E-VER-Y-THING!

Tiger was overheard saying he'd "pull a Kobe Bryant" in order to keep Elin; of course referring to LA Laker Kobe Bryant, who cheated on his wife Vanessa and then bought her a 4 million dollar ring to reconcile.

Do you think Elin's yacht cost more than Vanessa Bryant's ring?

And how appalling is it that Tiger feels all he has to do is pacify his wife with money and she'll shut-up?! It kind of shows how much he thinks of her which is apparently not much. Any real woman would have cursed him out for even thinking he can pull that crap! This is what leads me to believe Elin is out for revenge.

Now ladies if you were in Elin's shoes, you'd probably be fast tracking it to divorce court because how can one continue to sleep with, be in the presence of, or joke around -- with a spouse that you know did you wrong without wanting to bash his face in?

Karma is a bitch?

Women should you choose to stay in a cheating marriage, just know you can't hold previous actions against your spouse moving forward and if you do -- it will never work. You must let things go and start anew. Of course you won't ever forget what happened, but it is necessary for you to rekindle what it was that brought you together in the first place.

Good luck to Elin and Tiger; I can't wait to see the "real" outcome.
